I'm Jehu Inferido Mamac, I study in University of Bohol taking Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering, and I believe that educating people about how culture and food correlate helps individual understand more about themselves. I have 2 years of experience exploring and discovering the unique recipes made by communities around the world, and I use my knowledge to create costume and memorable events.

Assistant chef manage inventory and ensure compliance with food safety and kitchen cleanliness standards. They assist kitchen staff in the preparation of foods. To get this job , one must be trained, have needed cooking skills, and must have kitchen experience. .

Chicken Cordon Bleu

Food

The base of this dish, the breaded chicken is commonly known around the world us schnitzel. A meal of schnitzel usually consists of a piece of meat, pounded thin, then breaded and pan-fried or baked.

Shrimp Tempura

Food

Shrimp tempura is raw shrimp dipped into tempura batter and deep-fried in hot oil. The batter that is used to make the tempura consist of flour, water, cornstarch, and sometimes eggs. In this recipe, we're using a tempura mix so that the dish is quick and easy to prepare anytime you have a craving.

Chop Suey

Food

Chop suey is a stir-fried vegetable dish that is cooked with meets such us chicken and pork. Shrimp and seafoods can also be added. This chop suey recipe is special because it has almost every ingredient present. Chicken, pork, shrimp, and boiled quail eggs were all included in the recipe, along with fresh veggies.

calamares is the Filipino version of Mediterranean breaded fried squid dish, Calamari. There are different methods on how to make this dish; The most usual does not involve breadcrumbs. However, i chose to add breadcrumbs for this recipe for visual appeal and crunchier texture.

Pork Sisig

Food

Pork sisig is a popular Filipino dish. It can be considered as a main dish or an appetizer. The composition of this dish is mainly of pig's part such as minced pork meat, ears, and face. chicken liver, onions, and chili peppers are also added.

Lumpia Shanghai

Food

Lumpia or Lumpiang Shanghai is a type of Filipino egg roll. The basic filling is compose of ground pork along with minced onions, carrots, and seasonings such as salt and ground black paper.

Relyeno Bangus

Relyenong Bangus is one of the most Popular dish in the Philippines. on top of the delicious taste and unique process of prepareation compared to other fish recipes, the amount of work involve is tedious.

Lechun Belly

This Lechon Pork Belly is cooked using the oven; it is different from the traditional way of preparing lechon, which is to roast over the bed or hot charcoal and continuously rotate until the skin gets brown and crunchy.

Maja Blanca

Maja Blanca is a Filipino dessert made from coconut milk, cornstarch, and sugar. Often called coconut pudding, this luscious dessert is easy to make and the ingredients are very common. Unknown to many, the original maja blanca recipe does not include corn and milk.
